A form that organizes the room
Monolithic, flowing, silent: large abstract marble sculptures turn a corner of a room into a place. Abstract marble sculptures for sale in the 2,000 to 5,000 euro bracket are the choice when the form is meant to organize the space.
The larger the block, the stronger the emptiness a sculptor creates inside it. A sweeping opening, a plane cut at a slant or a base barely separated from the body is enough to align an entire room. Marble allows polished surfaces that throw the daylight and matte ones that absorb it, side by side.

Light, statics, care
Plan the location early, since such pieces are rarely moved. Ask about statics and weight, whether the work consists of one or several blocks and how it was doweled. A coat of wax protects the polish from fingerprints, and dust comes off with a soft brush. Where a piece is built from several parts, ask how the joints were made, since they decide the calm overall impression.
