Light as part of the form
Pure form, no object: abstract acrylic sculptures play with curves, edges and the question of how light travels through color. You can look for abstract acrylic sculptures under 500 euro for sale when a small format is enough and the idea is allowed to be big.
In abstract work in acrylic, the figure often matters less than what the material does with light. Tinted surfaces throw colored shadows onto the table, polished cut edges glow like thin lines. Even compact pieces change their look over the course of a day.

Small but with attitude
Tabletop objects and small wall pieces are typical in this price band. Set them against a pale, calm background so color and contour stay legible. Ask what kind of acrylic it is, meaning sheet, cast or paint over a core, and whether there is a non-slip pad under the foot.
What matters in abstract work
Since no motif guides the eye, it pays to view an object from several sides. Ask for photos from different angles and whether the piece has a fixed front or may be turned.
