The body in shorthand
An abstract statue turns the body into a form in which you may recognize people or signs, but do not have to. Abstract statues for sale between 2,000 and 5,000 euro call for attention to scale, material and what the room needs right now.
Instead of muscles and a face, axis, swing and outline remain. Some figures are just a bent strip, others a stack of discs. The less is told, the more proportion counts: a slightly shifted ratio can turn a tidy form into a lively one.

Size and presence
This price band allows figures that play a part in the room, on the floor, on a tall plinth or in front of a window. A large, quiet background lets the silhouette breathe. A flat spotlight traces the contours.
Around the purchase
With heavier materials, stability is central: ask about base plate, fixing and the route for transport. A signature, possibly a certificate and notes on care make a listing complete.
