How color behaves on paper

Matching color in the room
Pick up one or two tones from the picture in a cushion, a vase or a rug, and the wall feels cohesive. Better to skip a second, very colorful surface beside it. Neutral walls let the colors of the photograph speak the loudest.
Care and protection
Color pigments fade in direct sunlight. A frame with UV-protective glass can help, as can a spot away from the window. Ask about edition and paper type, and if in doubt, have the printing process explained to you.
