Originals in this selection, Paper, 500 to 1,000 euro.
Medium format, high-quality sheet
A good paper turns a print into an object you like to pick up. Photographs on paper from 500 to 1,000 euro are for sale for anyone who cares about feel and format.
Originals between 500 and 1,000 euro usually bring larger prints, high-quality paper and often a limited edition. A sheet in this class is often printed on baryta or heavy cotton paper.

Frame, mat, light
A mat of acid-free board keeps the sheet away from the glass and prevents waves. Do not hang the photograph opposite a window but to the side, so that it shows no reflections.
To look further
If you look for color, you will find it in color photographs on paper. Symbol-laden motifs appear on the symbolism page. In the description, look for paper name, edition, number and signature. One more point: with works on paper the margin counts. Ask whether the print has no border or a white margin, because the way the mat is cut depends on it. A tape measure at the hanging spot is worth its weight here.
