Originals in this selection, Oil on canvas, Oilcolor, over 10,000 euro.
Technique at the highest level
With the aura of large formats, oil on canvas forms the core of painting, and in the segment above 10,000 euro it shows how far the medium reaches. You can find oil on canvas over 10,000 euro for sale here, with museum-level demands on construction and attitude.
In works of this class the canvas is finely woven, the primer multi-layered, the stretcher bar free of warping. On this foundation the oil develops its luminosity, its plasticity and its time. You see that every layer was set with thought.

Staging the hanging
A large format in oil deserves space and light. Plan a wall with enough height and width, lighting without glare and, if possible, a museum frame. A spot with distance lets the picture work as a whole, not just as a fragment.
Documentation and care
Certificate, signature, date, dimensions and provenance should be fully available. Ask for a condition report, varnish details and packaging for transport. Anyone who looks at details will see on the back a lot about the care with which the work was done.
