Dream pictures in creamy color
Surreal oil pastel pictures show dreams in soft wax, with colors that glow and blur at once. Paintings in the surreal style with oil pastel from 5,000 to 10,000 euro are for sale here, in large, well built formats.
Oil pastel makes it possible to create gradients without a brush: skies pass into mist, figures dissolve into color. At the same time details can be placed finely with the tip of the chalk. Together they give the typical double bottom of surreal scenes.

The 5,000 to 10,000 euro tier
With originals in this price class you can usually expect large formats and experienced artists. Clear details on support, ground and protection matter. A note on the date of creation also helps with placing the work.
Room and presentation
Surreal pictures need a wall where they may hang alone. Conservation glass and a deep frame keep the soft surface safe. A subdued, cool room lets the tones stand calmly and prevents heat damage.
