Line over color
A drawing made with acrylic and other ingredients is rarely quiet: ink, colored pencil and color field compete on the sheet. Graphic mixed media drawings in acrylic for sale ask you, above all, to take the line seriously.
Here the stroke often sits over an acrylic layer or gets partly covered by it. That produces depth a plain pencil sheet never has. Typographic parts read like annotations on a plan. It helps to look at the line itself: is it set with pen, brush or marker, does it break or flow? That detail says a lot about the speed and attitude of the drawing hand.

Paper and framing
Works on paper need a mat so the sheet does not touch the glass, and a hanging spot out of strong light. Acid-free board protects thin paper. If there are thick acrylic layers, choose a deeper frame window.
What to clarify
Ask about paper weight, format and whether the colors are lightfast. Markers fade in direct sun faster than pigments, so the hanging place counts. On drawings the signature often sits at the lower edge of the sheet.
