Gestures in a shell
Speed and gesture in a shell of glass fiber: that exists only where art and mold-making work together. Expressive mixed media with fiberglass is for sale if you like movement best in the room itself.
In gestural work, traces of the hand stay visible: ridges in the resin, streaks in the lacquer, scratches in the mold that show in the shell. Fiberglass holds them and makes them smooth and glossy. That yields objects that feel energetic and yet light.

Room for energy
Since such objects are often sculptural, their surroundings need calm. A plain wall, a plinth or a shelf board will do. Hang the work so that side light models the form. Ask about weight and hanging.
On by technique or budget
There is a separate page for the technique Mixed Media and one for the tier 1,000 to 2,000 euro. Clean the surface only dry and soft. Avoid direct sun and high humidity, since lacquer and resin react to them.
