A damp dream
Watercolor carries the dream, spray paint the riddle: together they make pictures with quiet gradients and unexpected depths. Anyone seeking surreal watercolor paintings with spray paint for sale finds scenes of tender severity.
Watercolor flows into wet paper, and spray paint sets fine mists above it. Together they produce skies and floors that look as though they lie behind glass. On this soft ground appear sharp objects that need no explanation. The mood stays quiet and the colors muted, almost like a night scene.

Paper makes the difference
For such a blend the sheet needs substance. Thick watercolor paper takes water and aerosol paint without rippling. If the description names the paper type, that is a good sign. A mounted sheet is easier to frame.
Light, glass and framing
Watercolor is sensitive to light, spray paint to rubbing. Both call for glass, a mat and a place without direct sun. In the home, such sheets work best in quiet zones like a bedroom, hallway or desk area.
