This painting of the Sahara Desert was inspired by (and painted during) the global heatwave of summer 2026. The artwork is designed to be an instant focal point. The dominant yellow and orange hues emit an undeniable visual warmth, making even the cold, dark corners of a room feel inviting, energized, and bathed in perpetual summer light.
This painting has been produced using premium oil paint on stretched canvas. A coat of professional art varnish has been applied to optimise the colour and protect the painting from dust, UV light and other environmental factors. The sides of the painting have been painted orange and the painting has been fitted with picture wire, ready to hang. The painting is signed on the front and will be shipped with the Certificate of Authenticity.
The painting measures 36 x 58.3 cm (approx. 14 x 23 inches).
