Naming an artwork is always a problem, however this one causes an issue due to the fact that the animal in question is called different names in different countries! The cougar, also called puma, mountain lion, catamount, and panther, is a large feline native to the Americas. It inhabits North, Central and South America, making it the most widely distributed wild, terrestrial mammal in the Western Hemisphere, and one of the most widespread in the world
Drawn in Pencil on Bristol Board paper, this drawing measures 30cm wide x 50cm tall.
