XX 48 - Horse race by Uli Lächelt captures the dynamic energy of equestrian competition through a distinctive and expressive painting style. The composition features two horses and their riders rendered with fluid, linear outlines that suggest movement and speed, set against an abstract, textured background. The muted earth tones and layered brushstrokes create a sense of depth and atmosphere, evoking the tension and excitement of the race. Lächelt’s approach balances abstraction and figuration, inviting viewers to engage with the essence of the moment rather than precise detail. This painting stands as a compelling exploration of motion and form, where the interplay of line and color conveys both the physicality and spirit of the horse race.
