Manawa is one of the seven principles of life according to Hawaïan Huna. It means now is the moment of power. To me it reminds me of all the moments in my life where I realised I had to act or speak my truth in order to affirm and ground the essence of my being. Sometimes there is only a brief moment, a small window of opportunity where one shouldnt be held back by doubt.
