About the Artwork

This piece is part of my series “The Power of Silence” – a continuation of my voice in visual form.

While I once worked with stronger, more vibrant colors, I now feel drawn to a reduced, tranquil palette. The structure has moved to the forefront – exploring the interplay of light, shadow, and material.

The white folds on the canvas remind me of a breath between words – like gentle waves pausing to give space to silence. Lines, textures, and reflections invite the viewer to slow down, linger, and encounter themselves within the work.

With this piece, I want to show that inner strength can also appear in softness – that presence doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful.

Because it is in silence that everything begins.
